1. About the Academy
FLR HOLDINGS UK LIMITED (trading through the Webbing Studios Academy brand), company number 16970627, registered in England and Wales. Registered office: 3rd Floor, 86–90 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NE. Email: contact@webbingstudios.com. Webbing Studios Academy is an educational offering of FLR HOLDINGS UK LIMITED. The Academy is currently in prelaunch; the advertised launch target is 4 November 2026, which is a planned date, not a guarantee of availability.
2. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to access to our website and, once purchasing is enabled, enrolment in our digital courses. A separate order summary, any course-specific conditions and mandatory consumer protections also apply. Browsing the site does not require purchasing or accepting an obligation to pay.
3. Who may enrol
Courses are intended for adult learners, professionals and organisations. If purchasing for a business, you confirm that you are authorised to place the order. If a company purchases seats for others, it is responsible for providing correct learner details and ensuring those users understand applicable access rules.
4. Courses and learning format
Courses are designed as self-paced written and illustrated educational material with practical explanations, examples and exercises. The planned five-course catalogue covers AI fundamentals, business use, websites, software building and professional software engineering. Module counts and outlines describe planned curricula and may be refined before release without removing the core subject matter of a purchased course.
5. Educational outcomes and independence
We aim to teach critical thinking, verification and informed use of AI. We do not promise a particular career, income, business outcome, employment, professional accreditation or guaranteed technical competence. Learning requires independent practice. AI-generated examples and external tools can be wrong or change over time; learners should verify results and apply appropriate professional judgment.
6. Prices and offers
Displayed prices are in GBP. Prelaunch offers and crossed-out figures are presented as promotional prices and planned future regular prices, not evidence that a course has previously sold at the higher price. Before an order is placed, checkout will identify the final total, applicable taxes or charges, payment method and what access is included. Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, a course purchase is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription.
7. Preorders and launch changes
A pre-order purchases one specifically named digital course that is not yet available. The planned release date is 4 November 2026, with no immediate access. We will email access instructions to the address provided at checkout. If delivery is materially delayed, we will contact purchasers and explain cancellation and refund rights. If we cancel the course before delivery, we will refund the purchase price. Each individual course purchase is a one-time payment and includes ongoing access as described in section 9.
8. Order formation and confirmation
A contract is formed when we accept an order and issue confirmation, not merely when an item is displayed on the website. We may decline or cancel orders for legitimate reasons such as payment failure, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing or legal restrictions, with appropriate refund where money has been taken. We will provide an order confirmation on a durable medium, normally email, with the relevant purchase details.
9. Delivery and account access
Courses are delivered online with access instructions sent to the purchaser's checkout email. An account and internet connection may be required. One-time payment, ongoing course access: an individual course purchase has no predetermined expiry date or recurring access fee. You can revisit the purchased course while Webbing Studios Academy continues to make that course available. This is sometimes described as 'lifetime course access'; it means access for the operational lifetime of the purchased course, not a guarantee that the Academy or any course will operate forever. Reasonable corrections and updates to the purchased course are included, but new standalone courses, separate products and third-party services are not. If we plan to permanently discontinue a purchased course or the Academy, we will give reasonable advance notice where practicable and, where we have the rights and technical ability, provide a reasonable opportunity to retain accessible course materials. Any applicable statutory rights or remedies remain unaffected. A single-course purchase does not include the whole Academy catalogue.
10. Personal and team licences
Unless a specific team agreement provides otherwise, an individual course enrolment is for one named learner's personal learning use. You may not resell access, share login credentials, redistribute entire lessons or make the course materials publicly available. Team licences, seat allocation and any volume discount are provided by quotation and may have separate written terms.
11. Support and availability
Support is available for questions about access and course material, subject to the channels and scope described at enrolment. Support does not include unlimited consultancy, personalised software development, one-to-one mentoring, guaranteed response times or live teaching unless expressly agreed. We may carry out reasonable maintenance and updates for security and usability. We will not impose a new recurring fee merely to retain access to an individually purchased course.
12. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another learner's account, bypass access controls, scrape or republish course materials at scale, interfere with services, upload malware, infringe others' rights or use the Academy unlawfully. We may suspend access proportionately where necessary to protect users or systems, with notice where practicable.
13. Intellectual property
Course lessons, illustrations, design and original materials are owned by us or licensed to us. Your purchase grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the content for the permitted learning purpose. You retain rights in your own original work, subject to any rights of third-party tools or materials used in exercises.
14. Third-party AI tools and services
Examples may refer to third-party AI providers, hosting platforms, development tools or external websites. Those providers have their own terms, prices, data practices and limitations. Unless explicitly included in an order, third-party subscriptions, API usage fees, domains and hosting charges are not included in course prices. Never upload confidential or personal information into third-party tools without permission and an appropriate legal basis.
15. Consumer cancellation and refunds
Eligible consumers generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period for distance contracts, beginning after the contract is made. A pre-order does not automatically waive that right. Before digital content is supplied during that period, we will obtain any separate express consent and acknowledgement required by law. Acceptance of general terms alone is not such consent. Statutory remedies also apply for non-delivery and faulty or misdescribed content. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
16. Conformity and statutory rights
We aim to supply digital content as described and with reasonable care where relevant. Nothing in these terms removes or limits mandatory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 or other applicable law. If content is faulty, not as described or not supplied, statutory remedies may apply independently of any discretionary refund policy.
17. Liability and professional decisions
Course material is general education, not legal, medical, financial, security-certification or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for testing code, evaluating recommendations, securing systems and complying with laws relevant to your use. We do not exclude liability where unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence. Other limitations, if any, will be disclosed fairly before purchase and are subject to applicable law.
18. Changes, governing law and contact
We may revise website content and these terms for future orders. Terms applicable to an accepted order will not be retrospectively changed to remove statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections available in their country of residence. Questions or complaints: contact@webbingstudios.com.
